The 28 day course provides guided activities, videos, and community connection through participation in a private FB group. There are some specific emails, live zooms, a guided shamanic journeys and I throw in a bunch of extra journal prompts, articles for you to dive deeper if you choose.
This is a beautiful, 1 time a year opportunity to show up for yourself in a new way. Building a deeper gratitude practice is worth it!
