After graduating from Jana’s Realign and Rise program a lot changed for me. I have more self confidence in my authentic self, I can now recognize where my anxiety comes from and I now have tools to work with my self and not against myself. I am now able to stand strong and not live my life for others. I can feel and hear my intuition and can let it guide me and I feel safe and happy to go with the flow, knowing that I can work through whatever happens. This program was one of the most beautiful years of my life with Jana that lead me towards more fulfillment than I have ever experienced. My favorite thing that came out of it all is that I have learned to live with less reaction to things that happen around me. I welcome my emotion but it doesn’t rule me anymore! If you are even thinking about Jana’s program, do it. You won’t regret it, she’s brilliant!
