Why roots and realms exists?
At Roots and Realms Rising, I believe healing isn't about becoming someone new, it's about remembering who you've always been and then experiencing the healing path.
After my own traumas growing up, near death experiences, an abusive first marriage, being a young single mom, career related abuse and career dysfunction I chose to heal. I chose to break the cycles. My spiritual gifts were already apparent, accepting the persistent and strong calling was necessary. I stepped up and said YES!
My goal is to help individuals and families reconnect with themselves, each other, and the wisdom of the natural world so they can live with greater purpose, resilience, and joy. Each of the 5 branches of my work, were curated with specific training and life experiences to serve clients with a holistic method of healing.
