5 Branches of Healing- 3 Levels of Support

Which Path Is Right for You?

Whether you're just beginning your journey, ready to dive deeper, or seeking personalized support, there is a place for you here.

Jana incorporates the 5 branches of Roots and Realms into 3 levels of support. Each level holds events, courses, retreats, and/or 1:1 support in each of the 5 branches:

1) Shamanic Healing

2) Plant Medicine (Psilocybin)

3) Nervous System Somatic Guidance

4) Embodied Leadership

5) Intuitive Parenting

Foundations helps you explore, get to know Jana, start your magical relationship with Spirit with 1 hour introductory events, workshops and apt.'s.

Immersion helps you transform. These courses may be a few weeks long, you may enjoy doing a short program with Jana, or one of her group programs.

Mentorship helps you embody and sustain lasting change. This is where you can choose to do her longer 1:1 program; Realign and Rise: Healing Through the 8 Chakras, or one of her other 1:1 programs. This is where major life transformation begins, lives and grows!

No matter where you begin, the intention is the same: to help you heal, regulate, reconnect, and rise into a life that feels aligned, grounded, and authentically yours.
