What is foundations?

Foundations offers beginner-friendly experiences designed to help you explore shamanism, spirituality, healing and regulation in approachable, supported ways.

These offerings are ideal for those who:

are new to this work
want practical tools
prefer shorter commitments
are seeking community and connection
provided reliable monthly events to support your spiritual practice

The Rooted Exhale Experience:

When: Each Month on a Monday, 1 hour zoom event

What: Each experience is a gentle blend of grounding practices, shamanic wisdom, and collective healing energy. It is a place where you can feel safe to be vulnerable, witnessed, and held. In the quiet presence of Spirit, we remember that healing is not something we do alone—it is something we walk together, in reciprocity with the Earth and with each other. Suggested donation of $10 -$20 based, I encourage anyone to come regardless of being able to donate- Register Here

New Moon Shamanic Guided Journey

When: date changes each month

What: During each new moon, we are called to connect with a specific stone, animal, and plant ally that embody the energies of this cycle. In this shamanic guided journey, I will help you invite these sacred allies to bless and support you. You’re welcome to have these items present if you choose, and I’ll provide insights on how to honor each one meaningfully in your life. The cost for this 1 hour event is $10 as a fair energy exchange. Register Here

EarthSpeak Wisdom Circle

When: 3rd Monday of each month

What: Live @Empowering Intuitive Souls - I present a topic of discussion for 20 minutes, respond to comments, and then offer bone basket (divination) messages for those in attendance. Support this broadcast with stars. This event is free and I encourage everyone to attend for the fun!

Full Moon Bone Basket Messages

When: date changes each month

What: Live @Roots and Realms Rising - I present a little bit about the full moon and what it's bringing, what you might be feeling and how to work with the moons energy . Then I offer bone basket messages to anyone that wants one in attendance. Support this broadcast with stars.

This 1 1/2 hour online workshop walks you through shamanic journeying. What is it, how it can support your spiritual journey, the 3 realms, the great tree, and we will experience first hand, a guided shamanic journey.

In- Person Rooted Gatherings

There is something deeply special about gathering together in person — slowing down, sharing space, connecting in meaningful conversation, and building authentic relationships around spiritual growth, healing, and community.

I truly love opening my home for these experiences and creating a space where people can come as they are, breathe a little deeper, learn, reflect, and reconnect. These events will be shared here each month. I would love to welcome you into the Roots and Realms circle.
