My events are designed to be welcoming, experiential, and grounded, offering opportunities to reconnect with yourself through nature, shamanic practice, nervous system awareness, creativity, and authentic community.
Workshop- Grit, Grace and Gratitude
You can keep showing up for life while learning to show up for yourself.
Join Grit, Grace & Gratitude, a 28-day experience for anyone feeling stretched thin, navigating change, or wanting a deeper connection with themselves.
Through guided activities, reflection, and community, you’ll practice meeting challenges with strength, offering yourself grace, and noticing what supports you—even when life feels messy.
It’s worth making space for yourself: these are practices you can carry into your relationships, decisions, and everyday life.
We begin November 1. Choose your experience, starting at $35.
Monthly Gatherings
Each month Jana hosts a few online events.
The New Moon Guided Journey- held on the new moon
We gather in community on zoom for an hour. Chat about what this new moon brings us and we invite 3 new allies into our spiritual practice; a new plant ally, stone and animal spirit. Then I lead everyone in a guided shamanic journey. It's a beautiful spiritual anchor for many each month. Cost of $10- Register Here
The Full Moon Bone Basket Pull- held on the full moon
I use my bone and curios basket to pull items sharing messages from Spirit just for you. This is a free event live on Facebook.

The Rooted Exhale Experience
We all need to take time to breathe and be. This hour on zoom each month brings us just that. A message from spirit for all and then you get to lie back and relax into the rhythm of the drum while it takes you on a beautiful gentle ride as an online drum bath.

The Rooted Parenting Circle
This is a supportive space for parents raising sensitive, intuitive children, and exploring their own intuitive gifts. Through meaningful conversation, guided reflection, and practical tools, we explore connection, boundaries, emotional awareness, and trusting your intuition while honoring your child’s voice. A space to strengthen how you lead yourself and connect with others—in your work, family, and community. Through guided reflection, practical tools, and meaningful conversation, we explore boundaries, emotional awareness, and choices that reflect your values.
