My events are designed to be welcoming, experiential, and grounded, offering opportunities to reconnect with yourself through nature, shamanic practice, nervous system awareness, creativity, and authentic community.

Workshop- From Our Roots to the Realms

Introduction to Shamanic Journeying

Step into the sacred practice of shamanic journeying, a path of inner vision, connection, and ancestral remembering from the ancients. In this one and a half-hour workshop, you'll be introduced to the 3 realms of the Lower, Middle, and Upper Worlds, and how each offers unique guidance for healing, insight, and spiritual growth. By the end of this workshop you will have the knowledge to journey on your own. I will also be leading you in a journey so that you can experience it first hand.

Monthly Gatherings

Each month Jana hosts 3 online events.

The New Moon Guided Journey- held on the new moon

We gather in community on zoom for an hour. Chat about what this new moon brings us and we invite 3 new allies into our spiritual practice; a new plant ally, stone and animal spirit. Then I lead everyone in a guided shamanic journey. It's a beautiful spiritual anchor for many each month. Cost of $10- Register Here

The Full Moon Bone Basket Pull- held on the full moon

I use my bone and curios basket to pull items sharing messages from Spirit just for you. This is a free event live on Facebook.

The Rooted Exhale Experience

We all need to take time to breathe and be. This hour on zoom each month brings us just that. A message from spirit for all and then you get to lie back and relax into the rhythm of the drum while it takes you on a beautiful gentle ride as an online drum bath.
